Must be a ghost in the machine or perhaps the hotel. I want to like the place, but after this, no mas. In both cases we got things worked out, but that reservation glitch is unsat to me. Also their coffee sucks.
One of the reasons I went was to get a meal at Jalisco: check...that worked out fine (missed it last trip). There were a few other things on my to do list while there, and all but one got accomplished, so good trip overall.
