My second trip to the top o' Picket Post Mtn.
Believe it or not, my last trip was exactly a year ago.
Joined my friends with 3H for the little hike this morning. Beautiful day out, you could see forever. However, much more color last year due to the wildflowers and greenery. Only sporadic blooms so far this year.
Picket Post is always a butt-kicker and comparable to many hikes in the Supes.
The problem with this hike is there are many routes and you can get lost if you don't know where you are going. :scared:
This group is full of capable hikers, so I wasn't worried!
It's always fun to see what's in the mailbox and write a special word or two in the register. A great day was had by all! :)
