Overnight stop on my way to northeastern New Mexico. Pleasant place to spend a little time breaking up drives. One of the great camping bargains: water spigots throughout, lighted restrooms (now all three are modern units), friendly campground hosts, WiFi, and all for $5.00 ($2.50 Senior Pass) per night! Summer rains have been hit and miss in this area, so wildflowers are running late and not as abundant as some years.
