| no partners | | | On my way to camp at Sycamore Campground along West Turkey Creek, I decided to take a brief detour and head down on the road to Sunglow Ranch. I have driven past this side road a zillion times over the years, but finally decided to check it out. At the entrance gate for Sunglow, a road goes left, providing access to national forest land further in. I went that way since I had no interest in the ranch. There are some side roads that go to stock tanks, etc. I drove in a short ways on them, before heading back out. It was something new for me and on a future visit I will check out Cottonwood Canyon.
