The area surrounding Sedona is just about perfect right now for color. It was very nice. I was worried that I was a week early. I was told by some people that leaves were down in the upper canyon. There's plenty of time left within 4-5 miles upstream from town. If you like Sedona in the fall, now is the time to go.

Autumn Foliage Observation Substantial
Very nice overall within the mix of trees. Every elevation offers something different. Cottonwoods were even nice south of town to my surprise. Next week should be perfect.
