| no partners | | Easy trail to follow, easy trail to hike. Was bummed that I couldn't find the mine!! Where is it? (Or where WAS it?) I'm assuming it was near the "KEEP OUT" rock somewhere...really hoped I'd find it.
Added to length of trip by, instead of going back to the saguaro parking lot, I took a small trail that led back to the park boundary gate entrance on Siphon Draw (it's the little trail that veers off to the north as soon as you talk through the gate). I then took the Siphon Draw trail back to the Discovery Trail to the S.D. trailhead.
