I like this trail but the snow mounds made for a little added difficulty. In the early morning on the way up the snow was frozen and getting traction was difficult. Or maybe I just fall down a lot. I would say in two weeks it will be easier going. On the way down I got a headache which cleared up after a bit in the lower elevation. The elevation hasn't bothered me the previous trips but the extra 4-6 feet up and down along the trail kept me winded. Thanks to Denny for driving.
