We hiked from the Liesure TH up to the ruins and back. The water was high so we had to get our feet wet. The hike is similar in difficulty to a SS Peak hike from Carney Spring. The cairns are huge but sometimes elusive. As long as you pay attention you're ok. It's much easier to stay on the trail than find it again so back track if you get off trail. The skeleton of the dead horse which I saw April 2007 is just off trail. The views are spectacular and the ruins are well worth seeing.
