Your basic one mile an hour hike! As Joel stated, the painted cairns, and arrows were disturbing, however, they did prove to be helpful.

Lots of DBHS scat, but didn't see any sheep. They're defiantly in the range.

I parked at the arch on the final approach before the high point summit. I am not a climber.

Additionally, we learned the Flying J at the Sunshine exit has sparkling water, and a theater just in case you need to catch a sports ball game. In the past they had fried baloney on the breakfast menu. Once described to me as the Oklahoma Aphrodisiac.
