My buddy and I planned this trip as we went. From Flagstaff, we headed toward Slate Mountain. We took some backroads around the mountain heading toward Red Mountain. We hiked Red Mountain then headed toward some old Grand Canyon Airline buildings. From there we headed toward GrandView Tower and GrandView Point. On the way back to Flagstaff we stopped at Tusayan for lunch and checked out Snowbowl.
