A quick intro to the Rubys straight from camp. Snow lingered on the higher peaks from the few inches that had accumulated the night before. Gotta love those June 30th snowfalls in the mountains

This one makes a steady climb along the creek with a number of small falls and cascades, along with some very impressive beaver dams and lodges. Spring wildflowers and green hillsides contrast with the glacier-carved granite and snowmelt fed creeks and waterfalls.

Blue skies, poofy clouds, pleasant temps and a nice breeze made this an enjoyable couple of hours.
