| no partners | | | A fair number of cars at the trailhead but it seems most people were heading out on our way in. Some blowdowns and the latter half has overgrown sections but the riverside ending is worth it. We were lucky to have that great lunch spot all to ourselves for a glorious 30+ minutes. On the way we passed a lot of people out on the trail so getting an early start definitely paid dividends. The first waterfall still had a lot of water even though it's been dry lately and was packed with people on our return. With lots of river access, this makes for a good hot day hike. Seems like it would be a great fall hike as well. |
