One of my favorites in Payson. Easy for my kids and dogs. The weather was warmer than expected - shirt sleeve shirt and shorts was enough even though I had layers ready. Very little traffic - maybe saw about 5 groups in and out. I felt like I had the trail to myself. Quick break at the spring and let the pooch wander and drink the water. Overall, great hike for a quick getaway.
