I took a quick drive down toward Madera Canyon and hit the jackpot. 
Florida Wash is one of the major drainages in the northwest portion of the range, and it was flowing impressively as it passed under the road to Madera Canyon, on its way towards the Santa Cruz River. There are three narrow bridges over drainages along the road in fairly close proximity. This is the southernmost of them. I'm glad I went down there to see this in action!
