An evening stroll on a hot day. I got to the trailhead a little early but started hiking anyway. I parked in the shade but had sun about half way up. I didn't see another hiker or another car in the lot from start to finish. there were a lot of lizards about but no snakes. The wind picked up the last mile but weather was farther east so no rain.
