Given the forecast, I was expecting rain and hoping to see a lot of running water in the drainages. I was disappointed on that front and had to settle for a day in the drenching humidity. That said, while the moisture stayed in the sky, it made for some spectacular cloud scenery, which was the highlight of the hike.
