john suggested peak 5057 for our sunday hike
yet another hike i haven't done in several years
we got going right at 0510 from lost goldmine trailhead
shade for the entire uphill to west boulder saddle
some brush encroaching on the trail
took a minute at the saddle
we didn't always take the most efficient route, backtracking in a couple of spots
i didn't remember all the grassy areas toward the ridgeline
made our way to the summit and took a break for views, photos and snacks
returned the same way, briefly considering some extra credit back at the saddle
gnats joined the brush on the way down, but it really wasn't that bad going down carney
good peak and fun to be back up in that part of the superstitions
breakfast at bisbee breakfast club :)
