I joined Linda, Denny, and Greg for a nice little hike to Horton Spring. We had light rain for about the first 30 minutes or so, and then the raincoats came off for the rest of the hike.

It had rained most of the night up here, which made it a tad muddy in spots. Everything is green, green, green. Perfect temps all day, but the humidity was cranked up. This is a hike I've done numerous times and always enjoy. Such a pretty area.

Good hiking with Denny again, I guess Linda, and meeting Greg for the first time in person. Lively banter all day.

After a weekend of what I'm sure was a crowded hike on this popular trail, we had the trail to ourselves for most of the day. Typical trash was almost non-existent except for 2 pairs of shoes, an Allen Iverson jersey, and a t-shirt with examples of virtues printed on it (none of the virtues included LNT).
