Rough few weeks at work and decided to just GOOOOOO in a random direction.
Too many Caairns to keep track of. Found an un marked vertical Mine shaft. As I came over the 2 foot ledge covered with vegetation I could have easily stepped over and into this. I’ll go back later with a rope and see how deep it is. I estimate at least 30-40 feet. This route could asl be an easier way to my favorite Chilitipin patch.
Some cairns had survey information for mining claims. Others looked like hikers, migrants or hunters left behind. In places there are so many headed in every direction that are useless for directions.
Amazing views of the Mtn range and Corral ranch road area.
