Nice adventure from the Painted Desert Inn. We hit the trail early in the morning, which was helpful as the ground was still frozen and helped us to avoid some of the mud.

The trail is more of a route, and once you get down the switchback, there is a little bit of choose your own adventure.

The Onyx Bridge has collapsed, but still pretty cool. That said, the adventure of the journey was the most enjoyable.
