I decided to close out the month with a hike to Mount Ord. I intended to start from the Slate Creek TH, but I got a late start so I did it the short way instead.

There was a bit of snow on the road past the locked gate, but not enough to merit the use of microspikes.

It was a pleasant day for a hike to Ord!
