We set out to hike Dome Mountain, then add on something. We chose Peak 3269. We overshot 3269 and ended up on 3238 first which was fortunate because we spooked a herd of bighorn sheep. Counted nine. There may have been a few more.
We headed back to Peak 3269 before returning to Dome and descending the steep trail.
Kelly loved the sidehill off trail and the steep loose trail to Dome Mountain as well.
Good wildflower display. Foxtail are drying out and will become intolerable soon.
