Quick side trip up to the lookout on our way home from Utah.

The new, expanded parking area was totally full when we arrived around 1:30 pm. We ended up parking by the visitor center.

Passed a father and his 6 yr old daughter, who told us we were “killing it” and was impressed that we planned to go all the way to the top. Glad to know that our feats are still impressive to 6 year olds. Haha!

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve done this one. Glad to see the aspens on north side of the mountain maturing. The fall colors are starting to pop was well.
