I tagged along with tibber for comic relief on this obligatory, Superstitions 101 hike, since she hadn't checked that one off the list, yet. Unfortunately, the water level was way down... barely moving and loaded with the green slime. Bummer for photos, but there were all kinds of birds out there and the wildflowers were really showing now. As always, this place is an interesting study on people and provided some very amusing moments along the way. We were out of there in no time and used up the rest of the day exploring some of the Lost Goldmine Trail.
