An early hike with Denny. We thought about Black Mesa Loop but the clouds were darker that far east so we opted for Pass Mtn Loop. The temps were ideal the entire hike with cloud cover and a nice breeze. We saw some javelina below the trail and several other hikers on the west side. We only got hit with a few light sprinkles of rain and finished before the sun was out. The trail is in great shape and with very few rocks on the northern half. Thanks for the hike turtle.
