This one hit my radar looking for fall colors last year. There's some effort involved in getting to the sweet spots and we decided to seek out another route. This turned out to be a really great option. For a seasonal drainage in a really dry year, we were shocked to find miles and miles and miles of flowing water.

We set up camp on a nice bench and spent hours exploring both up and downstream over two outstanding days in the desert. This will get a repeat trip!
