| no partners | | | Late start fat bike adventure ride starting from Estrella Foothills Community Park. Started on the sandy two track fence line trail that runs you over to the EMRP Iron Ranger. I haven't memorized my new Maricopa Park Pass number yet, so I had to unpack my phone to check the picture I took of the pass. It's good to have that information on your person in case you get stopped by a ranger, which has never once happened to me after all these years. Took the Crossover trail to Pedersen, counter clockwise over to Homestead Wash, managed to follow the wash all the way back to Pedersen with some hike a bike, Pedersen back to Gadsden, back again to Pedersen to Crossover, Jolly Roger, Park Ave, Sunrise back to Foothills Community Park. Saw 11 bikers and one hiker. Sand continues to accumulate on the trails. |
