My wife and I hiked to LaBarge Canyon. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the box. We ran out of time, and wanted to be back at the vehicle by sundown. Next time we'll start earlier. We're relatively new to the hiking thing. This was the longest hike we've done so far. Our legs and feet were wrecked by the end of it. It was great though. Super fun. The pools before the box were really cool. There were so many frogs it was unreal. Every time I took a step 2 or 3 would jump from the bank into the pool. Our dog, Stanley, was going nuts, trying to catch them.
Great hike. It was cloudy/drizzling, but that ended up being a good thing since it's getting pretty hot around these parts.
