We're on this new kick of looking for wild edibles, so we decided to try for wild grapes, which are easy to spot and all over the Sedona-area canyons. My wife was also hoping to find elderberries, but we didn't find any in the wash.

Note that if you're having a hard time finding Canyons Wrens for your AZ birding list (we'd only seen a handful before today), this is the place to see them at.
