| no partners | | I was unexpectedly sent to Silver City today, so I decided I had better make the most of the opportunity. After finishing up my work, I had less than an hour of daylight left, so I chose this hike again for its convenient location. I got some exercise, hit the Wenchy's, then headed into the darkness for home. The drive through the pines along Coal Creek on Highway 78 was especially nice, with the sweet fragrance of juniper smoke mixing with chilly autumn air, and a starry sky above. Another great road trip.  |
