We started at the Mesquite Canyon Trail to the Ford Canyon Trail over to the Willow Canyon Trail the first half of the hike is uphill but the second half is very easy going.

Started at the Horton trailhead went up to Horton Springs this part of the hike is easy at the springs you cross the creek and hike the Highland trail to the Derrick trail back to the car.

This was a combination hike and gold prospecting trip (no gold was found). Morgan City wash is just off of Hwy 74 and Castle Hot Springs road.

We started this hike at First Water Trailhead to Black Mesa Trail at a big clearing we went east across the desert to a wash and we followed that to boulder canyon. We followed the canyon to the Dutchman 104 trail and then back to the Black Mesa trail back to the trailhead.

This hike started at the First Water trailhead in the Superstition mountains at the intersection of the Second Water and Black Mesa trailhead we stayed left onto the Second Water trailhead. We took a right on Boulder Trail and followed the creek for about 0.75 miles and went right into a canyon/wash we followed this for awhile until we came across some rescue hikers who were looking for some lost hikers and wouldn't let us continue so we turned back and returned to First Water trailhead the way we came in. We had 4 dogs on this hike but do not recommend dogs on the canyon/wash part of this hike there are too many big boulders to climb.

We took a lot of breaks both going down and uphill plus we hung out at the falls for at least an hour so the time reflects that.
