The "shaggy mane" mushroom in Spain is called "Coprinus comatus" and is commonly known as the "Shaggy Ink Cap" or "Lawyer's Wig" in English; it is a widespread edible mushroom found throughout mainland Europe, including Spain, and can be found in grasslands, parks, and along roadsides.
When young it is an excellent edible mushroom provided that it is eaten soon after being collected.
