The canopy of San Juan de Ortega is in the Elizabethan Gothic style from the year 1464. The remains of the Saint do not rest in this canopy. Over the crypt in the central apse of Iglesia de San Juan de Ortega is a beautiful Gothic sepulcher with fine tracery stonework bearing the effigy of the saint.
Romanesque Tomb , an extraordinary rectangular box sarcophagus, decorated on the front and sides, and covered with a double-sided sculpted lid, a work carried out at the end of the 12th century, a tomb that was never used.
In the centre of the main side, we can see within a mandorla, Christ "Pantocrator" , Almighty and full of majesty, who blesses with his right hand and carries a book in his left.
