Our rough and rowdy group of five took off on a three hour tour of the Goldfields on this reportedly busy day on the trails. Six hours later we returned from a fun filled day as we leisurely enjoyed the solitude of the Goldfields and climbed many trailside features. We saw no one else the entire day, perhaps it was our hearty laughter that kept them away. A great hike topped only by the company I was with.
