A 2 day photo adventure. Started off fr143 in the four peaks area and shot sunset and some light painting experiments.
Then at about 11 pm we proceeded to the Peralta trail head and took bluff springs trail to the Terrapin. This was my first hike from this area, and it was under a full moon. Awesome. Barks Canyon was so cold and eerie at night :scared: . I had never seen Weaver's this close so I was anticipating its silhouette for the whole 4 mile trip. As we hopped onto the terrapin trail, Joel tried top find the unmarked footpath up the ridge from Bluff Saddle. We, out of pure exhaustion, decided we were done scouring this area for the side trail and bushwhacked up the ridge in hope that this was the great spot Joel had previously scouted. Though it didn't end up being the spot, we were just one short ridge from our sunrise destination. WOW was it ever amazing to fall asleep looking at weavers under the glowing moon.

Got up at the crack of dawn and tried to capture this rugged area. It'll take going back a few times to figure this one out.

The Hike out was a half sleeping, half giddy, speedy excursion all while planning to climb every cliff, do every ridge, photo every cholla when we return :)
