This is a nice easy hike with excellent views. This would be a good family hike if camping in the area. I wouldn't suggest driving out just for this as the drive from the valley is taxing. Albeit practically overlooking the valley you could drive to Sedona or the Catalinas in the same amount of time. Thanks Bruce
