Headed out on a short hike from Cunningham Campground out to grab a geocache on Grant Creek Trail #305. Not a tough hike for most people but with my foot pain, I took it real slow. Enjoyed the fern glen and the switchback up to the ridge where the cache was hidden. The surprise view from there was awesome! I had Chester the dog with me, a nice hike for him, I just felt I was a tad close to the road off and on and wanted to make sure I kept an eye on him and that he didn't wander off to far. Nice flowers, views, birds, and not too tough a hike.
