| no partners | | I wanted to make a trip back to Reavis Ranch and get some more apples before they were all gone. Joe and Bruce expressed an interest in going and Joe through together a couple suggested routes. After my hike with Joe in the Bradshaw's I wasn't too hot on doing this loop since he said it may have a bunch of catclaw on the Campaign trail.
We made our way up and then back down to Reavis and wow there are apples a plenty on the north orchard. Thousands probably. The Bears are having some fun with them and so would I if I lived in the area. They are delish! We took our time and Jose took lots of pictures with his GIANT camera. Then off to the Fireline trail where Bruce and I took a side trip up to Circlestone.
On the way out I kept waiting for the catclaw to materialize and spoil the day for me but it never happened! Joe redeemed himself! Good times hiking with the boys.
I may make one more trip back to appleville before it's too late. |
