I left early for a quick hike down to Whiskey Spring. The trail was soft from the rain. I talked to a few boyscouts near Miners Needle who said it had rained hard there last night. I poked around a bit in Whiskey Canyon then saw many people hiking/packing in on my way out. The giraffe from last week was still out there hiding among the saguaros. The weather was perfect for hiking.
