). This is a common turn around point I guess and we did as well. But rather than backtrack the way we came, we took the hikers trail up to the saddle by the southern end of Battleship and on down into Boulder Canyon. From there northbound to the Second Water junction, then back the way we came to the cars. Pretty warm day for this time of year, but nothing we couldn't handle.
