| partners | | | Saturday it was off to check out a small conical peak with ruins on top and a nearby 4x4 track down to upper Hess Canyon. Larry rode with Hank and Randal with me. We parked near FR645, just south of the hill and worked our way up. Nice on top with excellent views in all directions. Randal found the doorway on the northeast side the residents used to get down to Sedal and Hess Canyons below. Looks like they had an excellent setup to me. We snooped around a bit on top, then it was back down to the vehicles for our next exploration. |
