We first hiked on the Willow Trail #347. At .62 miles the Ho-Kay-Gan Trail #341 went right. At 1.42 miles we passed under some power lines and at 2.05 came to a junction with #347 again. We continued straight on #347. In about .1 miles we came to a junction with #346 the Willow Connector. We followed that through a gate and immediately turned left onto the Javalina (Circle) Trail #332. We followed this to Granite Basin Road where we turned around. On the way back we turned right at the junction of #347 and #341 about .1-.2 miles past the gate and took the "short cut" back to the trailhead. There were some nice views of Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte on the hike and the weather was great. |
