Very interesting and somewhat challenging hike. On a normal day there wouldn't have been any issues; today a thunderstorm with hail made it a little more unusual.

Some Fall foliage in Marshall Gulch, and very pleasant air temperatures at the hikes start. Once we got up to Lemmon Rock Lookout the weather started turning bad. Rain, hail, some of the hikers didn't have any extra layers nor rain gear. A couple of them bailed at the summit parking lot catching rides back to the cars. Great decisions on their parts, the rest of us slogged on through the water and hail.
