The road turns left and rises to a lookout point above town, so we were told by some passing locals. But we turned around before getting there. On our way out a small flying object skittered across the road in front of us. Just a frisbee. The lower parts of the park are devoted to a disc golf course. Beautiful day among the ponderosas and nice to escape the Phoenix heat. The high in Flag, 86, was 21 degrees south of Phoenix's. |
