Had to first change a flat tire upon arrival at trailhead. Hiked the trail which still has some beauty, but has lost much if its luster from the Wallow Fire. Found a nice spot along the river to relax in my hammock, then returned to TH. Headed back to camp. Got as far as south cove of Big Lake, and spare flatted. Sheeesh!

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
