Came up lame and decided to get out of the house anyway. Passed an AZT thru-hiker on the bridge crossing the Gila. Some nice wildflowers in the hills just west of Kelvin, but not much the rest of the day. There's some good desert camping spots along the F-K Hwy.

Found a few benchmarks that were close to the road. Picture Rocks is a no-go if you don't like trespassing.
