For the wildlife fans. I became heavily interested in big game photography last summer. I once hunted with a gun.. Now I hunt with a camera. The prior experience comes in handy. These photos are from two separate trips. Late August and late September. The late September trip was more into the rut. That September trip was an amazing experience. I was within 200 yards of them. Actually closer at times. They never knew I was there. I slowly crawled on my hands and knees for about a 1/2 mile into the middle of a meadow. I used an old wooden fence line with tall grass for cover. Ha! It was brutal. It took over 45 minutes to reach my spot. I would have given anything for knee pads.
