My wife and I joined one of the group hikes scheduled for Saturday Morning in McDowell Mountain Park. It was listed as "Fun Fitness - Scenic Trail".

So... while we were with the group, it turned out to be a slow stroll, with lots of stopping. After close to two miles with nearly 30 minutes of rests, we ended up leaving the group and finished the loop on our own.

It was a beautiful morning though with the starting temperature below 70!
