| no partners | | There is FREE parking on the parking lot off of Willow Lake Road (not in the park) or on Willow Parkway. To park at the park its $3 for an all day pass but free on Wednesdays. Noted for future trail runs.
The portion of trail/route between 12 and 3 of the lake is up and down in "The Dells"... there are lots of side trails and merging trails, at times requiring a little "route finding". However, in lieu of cairns, there are obnoxious white dots spray painted on the supposed trail/route.... I felt like Pac Man, eating white dots. But there were no ghosts chasing after me so there ya go.
Made a little side trip to summit the dam.
Water level of the res appeared down about 5 to 8'.
Future trail runs, will park on the free lot on Willow Parkway, then run clockwise to the dock and return and skip the dells portion. |
