High 30's on the launch. As the sun came up it felt real good on our backs. As our point man (dog) was clearing out any four legged beasts on his usual reconnaisance missions, a huge buck can barrelling upon us. Thankfully it banked 90 degrees from Alex and I so that we could continue on our merry way. We planted a hike register on the summit rock pile. Wonder if will survive 4th Quarter before the local summit register thief strikes again.
